Testimonials

“Through training with EDEN I could practically experience several things I already knew about: A good self-assessment is essential if you do not want to screw up your team, or the common objective. If people under-or-over estimate themselves, it weakens the team. You have to know your team members to realize their strengths and weaknesses! Multiple people have multiple ideas – in general, binding solutions needs consensus, or everybody does what he wants to.”
